Pumpkin Pie Frosty

1/4 C pumpkin puree, frozen
~1 C ice
enough vanilla soy milk to blend
vanilla extract
large pinch pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove)
small pinch salt
1/2 frozen banana (optional)
pinch xanthan gum (optional, for texture)

Blend well! I like oats, cocoa powder, and a dash of salt on top.
