Onion, Olive, and Thyme Tart

Enough pizza dough for one x-large or two medium pizzas, or some other kind of flat pastry crust – 2 tbsp fresh thyme mixed into the dough
1 white onion, thinly sliced
3/4 C black olives
3 tbsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Roll out crust onto a baking sheet. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl, then spread evenly over crust. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes, until onion is browning.
