2-3 small taro roots (peeled, chopped, boiled for 13 mins, drained and frozen)
1 frozen banana
several ice cubes
tiny pinch cinnamon and nutmeg, optional
1 packet stevia, or other sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla
Blend it up!
For a Cotton Candy variation, add in 2 dates and 1/2 packet of Duncan Hines Cotton Candy Flavor powder.
