Ranch Dip

I love this as a veggie dip, or spread alongside ketchup on veggie burgers. Do not bother measuring this one!

Mayo: (makes 1 cup)
1 package firm aseptic tofu, such as Mori-Nori
fresh lemon juice, to taste
2 tsp distilled white vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp dijon mustard
agave nectar, to taste

Ranch Dip:
1 cup mayo
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion powder
salt, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp dried dill

Blend all ingredients, of both mayo and ranch together.
